I’ve tried multiple CBD products to help with daily headaches. This has been the only product that has helped. I add a dropper to my water in the morning and sip throughout the morning. Usually that is all I need. However, if I feel a afternoon headache coming on, I just add a little to my drink in the afternoon and I’m good to go!
